A direct sales shop adjoining a local long-established bakery factory founded on school lunch bread production. The signature freshly fried bread—crispy on the outside, fluffy inside—is hugely popular as a drive snack. Viewing the bread manufacturing line through glass is unique to factory direct shops. The Tanzawa anpan (red bean bun) is perfect for souvenirs.
Tips
Freshly fried bread is incomparable, so eating it on-site is recommended. During holiday seasons, parking becomes congested and popular breads may sell out by evening, so allow extra time.
