Just a short walk from the Takao Sangu cable car station, this combined facility houses about 60 Japanese macaques and a wildflower garden showcasing the alpine flora of Mt. Takao. Listen to the keepers' humorous commentary while observing parent and baby macaques playing together through glass—a huge hit with small children.
Tips
The experience is more fun when you listen to the keepers' explanations. There are benches in the park, and it's just moments from the cable car station, making it perfect for a short rest.
