Just a short drive from Andersen Park, this quiet forest park spreads across mixed deciduous forest of kunugi and konara oak trees. The well-maintained walking paths are easy even for small children, offering seasonal discoveries like bird songs and acorn collecting. There's also a reservation-based barbecue area.
Tips
Some walking paths are unpaved, so wear comfortable walking shoes. Bring small bags for collecting acorns and fallen leaves—children will be mesmerized. Don't forget insect repellent in the summer.
Best time to visit
Allow about 1 hour. Early afternoon is quiet and pleasant.
