Experience the World of Film Through Actual Sets and Dioramas

About this spot

A memorial hall where you can enjoy the entire world of the film series 'It's Tough Being a Man.' Featuring the actual set of 'Kurumaya' used in filming, elaborate dioramas, and a recreation of the nostalgic Shibamata Station, the hall is packed with attractions enjoyable even for children unfamiliar with the films. The adjacent Yoji Yamada Museum can also be visited with a combined ticket.

Tips

A combined ticket with the Yoji Yamada Museum is a good value. The hall is well air-conditioned, making it an excellent resting spot during hot summers or cold winters.

Best time to visit

Allow 60–80 minutes. The afternoon is easier to view after tour groups leave.
