Japan's Tallest Pedestrian Bridge—A Romantic Landmark with Views of the Harbor and Mount Fuji
About this spot
A striking red arched bridge standing 27 meters tall, known as Japan's tallest pedestrian bridge. It became famous as a drama filming location and is designated as a "Romantic Landmark" and a classic date spot. From the bridge, you can view Kisarazu Harbor and Tokyo Bay, and on clear days, even Mount Fuji. It's a leisurely walking path that crosses the sea.
Tips
There's a parking lot on the Toriiski Kaihinkoen (鳥居崎海浜公園) side near the bridge entrance. A ramp leads up, so comfortable walking shoes are recommended. On windy days, be careful that your hat doesn't blow away.
