A science museum long beloved as a memorial facility of Expo '85. The highlight is its world-class planetarium with a diameter of 25.6 meters, offering a spectacular starry sky where families can immerse themselves. The museum features interactive exhibits where you can see, touch, and learn, and the full-scale H-IIA rocket model standing outdoors is a classic spot for commemorative photos.

Tips

The planetarium operates on a rotation basis, and popular sessions may sell out. Secure tickets first when you arrive. The nearby Tsukuba Center has plenty of lunch options.
