Panoramic View of the Nasu Mountain Range and Gorge from a 130-Meter Suspension Bridge
About this spot
A full-fledged suspension bridge measuring 130 meters long and 38 meters high. From the bridge, you can see the entire Nasu mountain range and deep gorge; the slight sway as you walk adds to the thrill. The adjacent Hachiman Tsutsuji Garden is home to approximately 200,000 wild azaleas, creating a stunning crimson landscape from mid-May through early June each year.
Tips
It's only a 5-minute walk from the parking lot to the bridge, making it easily accessible. Since the bridge sways noticeably, wear comfortable shoes and hold the handrail as you cross slowly.
