The expansive bath offers views of seasonal mountain scenery, providing an unparalleled sense of openness. Soaking in renowned hot spring waters surrounded by nature makes this the highlight of any family hot spring hopping experience.
Tips
The changing rooms are basic with no showers, so thorough washing should be done at your accommodation or Goza no Yu. Bring towels (also available for purchase on-site). Children still in diapers may not be permitted; verify in advance.
Best time to visit
Approximately 40 minutes to 1 hour. Early afternoon offers relatively peaceful bathing.
