A landmark building standing 33 stories above ground and approximately 153 meters tall, among the tallest prefectural government buildings in Japan. The free observation hall on the 32nd floor offers expansive panoramic views of Mount Akagi and Mount Haruna, and on clear days, beyond to the Kanto Plain. The glass-enclosed high-speed elevator is a big hit with children.
Tips
The observation hall is free and open on weekends. The 32nd floor also has a café where you can enjoy snacks while taking in the views. Diaper-changing facilities are well-equipped and convenient.
