About this spot

A roadside station at the foot of Kokujo Mountain where the bounty of the countryside gathers. The direct sales shop displays freshly harvested local vegetables and processed goods—you can take home Niigata flavors, combining Teradomari's seafood with mountain fare. Free foot baths are available on the grounds, and soaking your feet while enjoying the countryside scenery after a full day of walking is the perfect way to end your trip. When the whole family lines up with their feet in the water, stories of today's memories naturally flow.

Tips

The foot bath is free, so don't forget a towel. Popular items at the direct sales shop may sell out by late afternoon, so grab what interests you early. The spacious parking lot makes it convenient to stop by car.
