Yoshinogawa, one of Niigata's leading long-established sake breweries with over 460 years of history, has converted a Taisho-era warehouse, the "Jozo" (醸蔵), into a museum. Admission is free, featuring exhibits of sake brewing tools, historical displays, and video theater where you can immerse yourself in the world of Japanese sake. The adjacent SAKE bar offers paid tastings of Yoshinogawa's signature brands, with brewery-exclusive sake available for purchase—a must for fermentation enthusiasts. This is the heart of Settaya.
