Just a short walk from the Maglev and Railway Museum, this complex facility in Kinjō-futo combines dining and hands-on manufacturing experiences. A diverse array of restaurants—from Japanese cuisine to noodles to cafés—surround an open plaza, making it easy for each family member to choose what they like. On nice days, dining outdoors while enjoying the harbor breeze is wonderful, and you can comfortably cool down from the morning's excitement. Some restaurants offer children's menus and hands-on experiences; if you have time, exploring these is also fun.

Tips

Lunchtime on weekends gets crowded, so arriving by 12:30 p.m. ensures smooth seating. Many outdoor walkways mean a hat is useful in summer and a jacket in winter. The flat, stroller-friendly design includes scattered restrooms and benches.
