About this spot

A signature theme park combining Safari, Marine Park, and amusement park attractions in one location, where you can encounter animals from land, sea, and sky. The expansive Safari World can be toured for free on a train-like "Kenya Train," offering close-up views of giraffes, zebras, and lions in their natural behavior. The dolphin marine live show at Big Ocean is spectacular, with perfectly synchronized jumps that draw roaring cheers from the whole family. There's also a petting corner where animal-loving children can feed small animals. Restaurants and food stalls are scattered throughout the park, making it easy to spend half the day—or more—immersed in enjoyment. The park truly offers endless entertainment.

Tips

About 10 minutes by bus from JR Shirahama Station; parking is paid. The dolphin marine live show runs on a set schedule—check the day's program upon arrival and plan your route around the show times. Stroller rentals are available, and the park is paved making it easy to move around. Weekends and holidays get crowded, so it's best to purchase tickets in advance.
