An exchange facility standing along Kamaishi Harbor's waterfront, where you can dine while gazing at the sea. From the second-floor restaurant, Kamaishi Bay spreads out in panorama—watch fishing vessels and the Daikannon standing across the bay while savoring lunch made with Sanriku seafood. Tips

About 5 minutes by car from Kamaishi Station; parking available. During lunch hours, it gets busy with locals and tourists, so visiting slightly off-peak is smoother. Menus change based on the day's catch, so ask for recommendations.
