A roadside station along Route 321 in Otsuki Town, affectionately known as "Fureai Park Otsuki." It features a farmers market with locally-grown vegetables, fruits, fresh fish, and a restaurant serving meals made with local ingredients, making it a standard stop on the way back from Kashiwajima. The signature item is "Ichigo Gori"—a frozen treat made by freezing and shaving whole locally-grown strawberries. The fluffy texture and rich sweet-and-tart flavor of strawberries seeps into your body delightfully after a day of seaside activities. After satisfying your appetite with a late lunch, browse the souvenir corner in search of travel mementos. A perfect place to spend time reminiscing about the day's memories with your companion.

Tips

The parking lot is spacious and easy to park. The restaurant's closing time can be earlier than expected, so it's best to eat first upon arrival. The signature strawberry ice can sell out, so if you spot it, grab some right away.

Best time to visit

Approximately 1 hour required. Before evening, the farmers market still has good selection and you can browse at leisure.
