A marine park located at Cape Busena in Nago where visitors can easily glimpse the underwater world from Okinawa Island. At the underwater observation tower accessed via the pier, descend the spiral staircase and view the colorful tropical fish swimming around the coral reef through round windows—you can observe them 360 degrees from any angle. The beauty of this experience is that you can explore the underwater world without getting wet, making it enjoyable for everyone from small children to elderly visitors. Board the whale-shaped glass-bottomed boat for an even more expansive underwater coral reef journey. Simply walking the pier while gazing at white sandy beaches and blue sea makes for a picturesque finale to your day—a scenic spot worthy of concluding your journey.

Tips

There's some distance from the entrance gate to the underwater observation tower, but a free shuttle bus is available for park-wide transportation. On days with high waves, underwater visibility may decrease or the glass-bottomed boat may be suspended, so calm weather days are ideal. Round windows are positioned at various heights, allowing even small children to observe fish at their eye level.

Best time to visit

Approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. Evening visits offer gentler sunlight and less crowding around the observation tower's round windows, allowing for leisurely observation.
