A forest park at the foot of the Tanzawa Mountains, boasting one of the largest areas in the prefecture. A scenic ridge path called "Sawa no Sanpo-michi" (Marsh Walk Trail), forest athletic courses, and observation areas with good views are scattered throughout, allowing you to enjoy the countryside nature with your whole body. With a good workout in this clean-air forest, you can welcome the night's fireworks with a pleasant, refreshed feeling.
Tips
From Iiyama Kannon, continue by bus and on foot. Free admission and parking available. Since the park is large, focusing your walk on areas near the entrance ensures you stay on schedule for the afternoon plans.
