To avoid crowds, restaurants recommend entry between 4:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. Station-area convenience stores may sell out of beverages and snacks by early evening on the festival day, so it's wise to stop by during your tour and stock up in advance. Check restroom locations beforehand as well.
