Located along the Ureshino River that flows through the center of the hot spring town, this developed riverside park offers a peaceful walking trail through shaded paths. Along the riverbank, hot spring inns line the area, and you can enjoy Ureshino's characteristic scenery where hot spring steam and greenery mingle. There's also an area where children can play in the river water, perfect for cooling off during a midsummer walk. The park is also close to Miyuki Park, where tonight's fireworks festival will be held, and it's convenient for confirming the atmosphere of the venue during the day. If you get tired from walking, you can rest on a bench while enjoying the river breeze.

嬉野温泉夏まつり花火大会は、毎年8月11日に開催される嬉野市の夏の風物詩です。みゆき公園を会場に約1,500発の花火が打ち上げられ、嬉野川沿いの温泉街の夜空を色鮮やかに彩ります。コンパクトな会場ならではの近さで花火を楽しめるのが魅力で、開いた花火が間近に広がる迫力は格別です。川面に揺れる花火の光と、温泉宿の灯りがにじむ夜景が重なる情景は、温泉地ならではの趣があります。家族みんなで過ごした嬉野の1日の締めくくりに、夏の夜空を埋め尽くす光と音をじっくり楽しんでください。

Tips

荒天時の開催可否は嬉野市または大会の公式発表で確認してください。終了後は会場周辺の道路や駐車場が混雑します。花火終了後はすぐに移動せず、公園内で少し余韻を楽しんでから帰路につく時間差帰宅が混雑緩和に有効です。帰りの足(バス・車)の時刻は事前に確認しておきましょう。足元が暗くなるので、スマートフォンのライト機能があると安心です。

Tips

You can easily access from Seibolt no Yu by walking along the riverside. If water play is planned, bring a change of clothes and a towel. There are areas with little shade, so don't forget a hat and sunscreen. You may pass through again before the fireworks in the evening, so it's helpful to note the restroom locations during the day.
