Around JR Ichikawa Station, restaurants and commercial facilities gather with a wide range of choices including Japanese cuisine, family restaurants, and fast food. On fireworks festival day, the venue and station become severely crowded from evening onward, so completing your early dinner in the 3 PM to 4 PM time slot is the biggest key point of this course. After eating, you can shop at the station building or nearby areas, and purchase drinks and light snacks for nighttime viewing at convenience stores. Once you've made these preparations here, you can head to the venue with plenty of time to spare.

2026年8月1日(土)19時15分から20時20分まで、江戸川河川敷の大洲3丁目地先で開催される市川市民納涼花火大会です。約14,000発という圧倒的な打上数が自慢で、夜空を埋め尽くすスターマインや大玉が次々と炸裂します。幅広い江戸川の川幅をスクリーンに、対岸の東京側からも観覧者が集まる大規模な花火大会。川を渡る夜風の中で楽しむ花火は、夏の市川の風物詩として地域に根付いています。1時間5分のプログラムは盛りだくさんで、フィナーレの連発は空全体が光に包まれる圧巻のスペクタクルです。
Tips
荒天時の開催可否は市川市の公式発表で確認を。終了直後は最寄り駅や路線バスが大混雑するため、フィナーレ後は河川敷でしばらく余韻を楽しんでから帰宅すると混雑を緩和できます。帰り道の河川敷は暗いので足元に注意し、小さなライトがあると安心。JR市川駅・本八幡駅のほか、京成市川真間駅への分散帰宅もおすすめです。
