Tips

About 25 minutes by bus from the Tetsuwara area to Beppu Station (別府駅). Accessible from either the west or east exit of Beppu Station. On the day of the fireworks festival, the evening gets crowded, so eating early leaves more time to spare. From Beppu Station to Kitahama Green Belt is about 10-15 minutes on foot, so head toward the venue around 6:30 PM.
