Tips

Parking is available along the riverside park. The waterside has some unstable footing, so athletic shoes are more secure than sandals. Mosquitoes emerge toward evening, so use insect repellent spray. Be cautious about approaching the water if the river is swollen.

Approximately 1 hour 30 minutes required. Afternoon's cooler hours are ideal for enjoying the clear stream.
