About this spot

This roadside station (道の駅) in Izumi-Kitayama-cho, Toki City, is named after two representative styles of Mino ware: Shino (志野) and Oribe (織部). Located along National Route 21, it has a direct-sale corner stocked with local vegetables and specialty products, as well as a dining area serving local specialties. The souvenir corner also sells Mino-ware tableware, making it a convenient stop for a lunch break or shopping on the way to the Oribe Festival fireworks venue.

Tips

About a 3-minute drive from the Toki Mino-yaki Wholesale Center (土岐美濃焼卸センター). There is parking. Stop by mainly for a light meal or a break, saving your energy for the fireworks later. It's also a good idea to pick up fresh local vegetables and fruit to pair with the food-stall fare in the evening.
