A facility located near the foot of Tomioka Castle Ruins that introduces Amakusa's nature, history, and culture. You can learn about Amakusa's sea creatures, topography, and Ryuhoku Town's history through easy-to-understand exhibits that both children and adults can enjoy. Displays about Amakusa's sea creatures such as dolphins and sea turtles are particularly popular with children. You can cool off during the hot afternoon hours while deepening your knowledge of Ryuhoku, making the subsequent seaside stroll and evening fireworks viewing even more enriching. 2026年7月18日(土)20時10分から20時40分まで、富岡港船客待合所横の防波堤から打ち上げられる苓北じゃっと祭の花火大会です。約700発の花火が苓北の夜空を彩り、穏やかな港の海面に光が映って広がる様子は、小さな漁港ならではの親密な迫力があります。大規模大会のような人混みに揉まれることなく、家族でゆったりと花火を間近に感じられる距離感が苓北の花火の大きな魅力です。祭りのフィナーレを飾る連発が港の空を埋め尽くす瞬間、苓北の夏の夜は最高潮を迎えます。潮の香りと波音、そして花火の音が重なる30分間を、家族みんなでゆっくり味わってください。

Tips

荒天時の開催可否は苓北町または大会主催者の公式発表で必ず確認してください。終了後は会場周辺の道路が混雑することがあるため、フィナーレ後は少し時間をおいてから移動するのがおすすめです。帰路は足元が暗い場所もあるため、スマートフォンのライトを活用して安全に移動しましょう。
