荒天時の開催可否は大館市・大館大文字まつり実行委員会の公式発表で確認してください。終了後は会場周辺の道路と駐車場が混雑するため、時間差での退場を心がけましょう。JR大館駅を利用する場合も終了直後は混雑するため、帰りの列車時刻を事前に確認しておくと安心です。
