館林手筒花火大会は、竹筒に火薬を詰めた手筒を担ぎ手が自ら抱えて火柱を噴き上げる、勇壮な伝統花火です。打ち上げ花火と異なり、担ぎ手と炎が同じ空間で共存する迫力はほかの花火大会では味わえない特別な体験で、火の粉を浴びながら全身で炎を受け止める姿は見る者の心を揺さぶります。館林城ゆめひろばの広場で繰り広げられる光と音のショーは、毎年多くの観覧者が楽しみに訪れる夏の風物詩です。会場は城沼と城址の自然に囲まれており、夜の水面に映る炎の光も美しい情景を作り出します。

Tips

手筒花火は炸裂音が大きいため、小さな子どもには事前に耳栓を準備すると安心です。会場への入退場のルールや規制エリアは大会公式の案内で事前確認を。荒天時の開催可否も公式発表で確認してください。終了後は駐車場周辺と駅方面に人が集中するため、終演後は少し時間をおいてから移動するのがおすすめです。
