From 8 PM for one hour on Friday, August 7, 2026, the Haruna Lake Fireworks Festival launches from the lakeshore. The circular topography of this 1,100-meter volcanic crater lake creates sound reverberating from all directions, and approximately 1,500 fireworks resonate with impact beyond their numbers. The colorful upside-down fireworks reflected on the water possess a fantastical beauty unique to mountain-lake fireworks, etching a profound memory in family hearts. With Mount Haruna Fuji's silhouette as backdrop, the blooming fireworks offer a sense of scale impossible to experience at urban festivals.
