This shopping center is located in Higashihon-machi, Omura City. It houses the farmers' market Ogana Shinsen-mura, a confectionery shop, stationery and general goods stores, an electronics store, and restaurants, and is used by locals in everyday life. There's also a covered event plaza called Collemo Plaza, where seasonal events are sometimes held. Since crowds are expected around the fireworks venue from the evening onward on the day of the festival, it's wise to buy your souvenirs during this earlier time slot. Another nice point is being able to escape the heat of the day comfortably under the roof.

Tips

About a 10-minute walk from Omura Park. Storing the souvenirs you buy in a coin locker at Omura Station lets you move around lightly until the evening. Since some stores close early on the day of the fireworks festival, it's reassuring to finish shopping before 5 p.m.

Best time to visit

About 1 hour 15 minutes. Early afternoon has fewer people than evening, letting you browse the shops at a relaxed pace.
