A grand shrine where three shrines—Sengen Shrine (浅間神社), Ootoshi-go-sobo Shrine (大歳御祖神社), and Kamabe Shrine (神部神社)—are enshrined within the same grounds. The shrine grounds are designated as an Important Cultural Property, with 25 shrine buildings standing majestically throughout. The vermillion-painted Great Worship Hall exceeds 25 meters in height, commanding an imposing presence the moment you enter the grounds. Climbing the long stone steps of the approach reveals shrine buildings tucked deeper within the grounds, and from certain spots you can look out over the Shizuoka cityscape through the trees. With historical connections to Tokugawa Ieyasu's establishment of shrine buildings, touring this shrine alongside Senpu Castle Park allows you to feel the depth of Shizuoka's history.

静岡市葵区の安倍川河川敷を舞台に繰り広げられる、静岡を代表する夏の花火大会です。2026年7月18日(土)の19時30分から21時まで、約15,000発の花火が打ち上げられます。遮るものの少ない河川敷の広い空いっぱいに開く大玉やスターマインは迫力満点で、川面に揺れる光の反射が花火の美しさをさらに引き立てます。安倍川の川風に吹かれながら眺める夏の夜空は、静岡の短い夏を刻む特別な時間です。フィナーレの連発が夜空を染め上げる瞬間は、この1日のクライマックスにふさわしい光景です。

Tips

荒天時の開催可否は静岡市や大会公式の情報で当日に確認を。終了後は周辺道路と静岡駅方面の歩行者が大変混み合います。フィナーレ後はすぐ移動せず、しばらく河川敷で余韻を楽しんでから混雑が落ち着いた頃に帰路につくのがおすすめです。帰りは静鉄バスや徒歩での分散帰宅を心がけましょう。

Tips

About 15 minutes on foot from Senpu Castle Park, or about 15 minutes on foot from Shizuoka Station North Exit. Admission to the grounds is free. The spacious grounds are best explored in comfortable walking shoes. The summer sun is intense, so remember to hydrate before climbing the stone steps. If you wish to receive a commemorative stamp (goshuin), check the reception office hours in advance.
