宮崎市のサンビーチ一ツ葉海水浴場は、2026年は7月4日(土)から8月30日(日)まで、9時から18時まで開設されます。フェニックスの並木が続く一ツ葉海岸に面した遠浅の砂浜で、ライフガードが配置されているため小さな子ども連れでも安心して過ごせます。更衣室・シャワー・トイレのほか、浮き具のレンタルやバーベキュー広場も整っており、海水浴だけでなく1日中楽しめる設備が揃っています。波打ち際での水遊びから砂遊びまで、夕方の営業終了まで思いきり夏を満喫しましょう。
Tips
入場は無料ですが、更衣室・シャワーは有料なので小銭を用意しておくと安心です。駐車場は普通車350円。営業終了は18時なので、着替えの時間を見込んで17時台には切り上げるのがおすすめです。バーベキュー広場を使う場合は食材と炭を事前に準備しておきましょう。
Tips
The parking lot is spacious and easy to park in. Before beach swimming, it's convenient to change into your swimsuit beforehand so you can get started smoothly once you reach the beach. On crowded weekends, arriving just before noon is recommended.
Best time to visit
Approximately 1 hour required. Around noon before the lunch rush is ideal for a relaxed experience.
