About this spot
A small park at the base of Tsushima Bridge where you can look down at the bridge spanning in a straight line across the cobalt-blue sea—a popular photography spot. On clear days, the sea's transparency is high, and the gradient of colors in the sea below the bridge stands out beautifully. The convenience of being close to the parking lot is also appealing; you can encounter this spectacular view immediately after leaving your car. Before heading to the beach, view the full panorama of the beautiful bridge you're about to cross with your family.

角島の西側に広がる角島大浜海水浴場は、2026年は7月17日(金)から8月31日(月)まで開設。白い砂浜と遠浅で穏やかな海が特徴で、家族連れの水遊びに向いています。遊泳は無料、駐車場も200台分無料で利用でき、気軽に立ち寄れるのが魅力です。バンガローや休憩所、シャワー施設、炊飯棟が整っているほか、キャンプ場やBBQスペースもあり、泳ぎ疲れたらそのまま海辺でゆっくり過ごすこともできます(ジェットスキーなどのマリンスポーツは禁止)。角島大橋の絶景めぐりで高まった気分そのままに、夕方まで思いきり海を満喫しましょう。
Tips
遊泳・駐車場ともに無料ですが、バンガローやキャンプ場の利用は有料です。シャワー施設があるので、帰り支度の前に潮を流していけます。マリンスポーツは禁止されているので、遊びは水遊び・砂遊び中心に。夏の砂浜は熱いのでビーチサンダルが必須です。
Tips
There is a free parking lot making it an easy stop. Some areas of the viewing space have low fencing, so keep an eye on small children. The bridge looks best on clear, sunny days.
Best time to visit
About 30-45 minutes required. Around late morning (before 11 a.m.), when the sun is higher, the sea's color appears most vivid.
