山形県遊佐町の西浜海水浴場は、2026年は7月17日(金)から8月16日(日)まで開設され、遊泳時間は8時30分から17時までです。鳥海山を背景にした庄内北部の海岸線に位置し、日本海の開放的な景色の中で海水浴が楽しめます。トイレ・更衣室・シャワー・救護所が整い、監視員も常駐しているので、小さな子ども連れの家族でも安心して過ごせます。海沿いには海の家もあり、休憩や食事にも便利です。遊泳は無料ですが、駐車場は普通車500円・バイク200円がかかります。波打ち際での水遊びから砂遊びまで、17時の終了時刻まで夏の1日を思いきり満喫しましょう。

Tips

遊泳時間は17時までなので、着替えやシャワーの時間を見込んで16時45分ごろには切り上げるのがおすすめです。夏の砂浜は熱くなるので、ビーチサンダルを忘れずに。駐車場代は小銭を用意しておくとスムーズです。監視員がいる時間帯・範囲内で泳ぎましょう。

Tips

About 10 minutes by car from Nishihama Beach. The restaurant can get busy around lunch time, so arriving before noon is recommended. There are restrooms inside, so it's convenient to use them before heading to the beach.
