This beach is in Tokoname City, Aichi Prefecture (愛知県常滑市), and in 2026 it is open daily from 10am to 16:00, from Saturday, July 11 through Monday, August 31. Swimming is free, and the beach is fully equipped with changing rooms, showers, and restrooms, plus a cafe and a BBQ area. Free life-jacket rentals are also available, so families with small children can enjoy the beach with peace of mind. From playing in the waves to building sandcastles, make the most of the summer sea until the 16:00 closing time.

Tips

Parking costs 1,000 yen per day (500 yen from November to March). With changing rooms and showers on site, you can travel light and just bring your change of clothes. Swimming hours run until 16:00, so it is best to finish about 15 minutes early to allow time to change. If you plan to use the BBQ area, check the rules on bringing your own equipment and food in advance.
