A swimming beach at Onoura in Mihama Town, Chita District, Aichi Prefecture (愛知県知多郡美浜町), open in 2026 from Thursday 25 June to Sunday 13 September. Facing Ise Bay (伊勢湾), it offers swimming in the calm atmosphere typical of the west coast of the Chita Peninsula (知多半島). From splashing at the water's edge to building sandcastles, the appeal lies in unhurried family time. Because the coast faces west, depending on the hour you can also enjoy the changing colours of the evening sky. After filling up at Toyohama Ebisenbei no Sato (豊浜えびせんべいの里), this is the climax of the day.
