A roadside station in Nakajima Town, Nanao City, with a shop selling locally grown vegetables, seafood, and Noto specialty products, as well as a dining area. Ideally located for a lunch break before swimming, you can easily enjoy local flavors. With a spacious parking lot and car-centered transportation for this course, it's a convenient rest stop. After refueling, head to Uranura Beach for the afternoon.

石川県七尾市の鵜浦にある海水浴場で、2026年は7月26日(日)から8月16日(日)までの期間開設されます。七尾湾の内海に面しているため波が穏やかで、外洋のビーチに比べて小さな子ども連れでも海に入りやすいのが特徴です。仮設トイレと駐車場が整備されており、監視員が常駐しているため、初めての海水浴でも家族が安心して過ごせます。砂浜からは能登島の緑豊かな島影を眺めることができ、都会の喧騒を離れた静かな夏の時間を満喫できます。波打ち際での水遊びから、浮き輪やビーチボールを使った遊びまで、夕方までのんびり海を楽しみましょう。

Tips

駐車場は監視員が常駐する期間中に利用できます。仮設トイレはありますが、更衣室や売店などの設備は限られるため、着替えや飲み物は事前に準備しておくと安心です。夏の砂浜は日差しが強いので、パラソルや日よけテントがあると快適に過ごせます。日中の時間帯は特に日差しが強くなるため、こまめな水分補給と休憩を心がけましょう。
