A museum adjacent to the Nakoshinai Barrier ruins that exhibits the history of the barrier station and the literary world of poets who visited this place. いわき市を代表する海水浴場で、2026年は7月18日(土)から8月16日(日)まで、9時から16時まで開設されます。遠浅で波が穏やかな砂浜には監視救護所が設けられ、家族連れも安心して海遊びができます。砂浜には海の家「SEA-HOUSE HAMAKAZE」があり、食事や休憩、シャワーの利用が可能。公衆トイレ・仮設トイレも整備されているので、小さな子ども連れでも過ごしやすい環境です。約400台分の無料駐車場も用意されており、車での来場にも便利。波打ち際の水遊びから砂のお城づくりまで、営業終了の16時まで夏の海を思いきり満喫しましょう。

Tips

遊泳は無料ですが、海の家の利用は大人1,200円・子ども800円、シャワーは1回200円が目安です。夏の砂浜は熱いのでビーチサンダルは必携。営業は16時までなので、着替えの時間を見込んで15分前には切り上げるのがおすすめです。駐車場は無料で約400台とゆとりがありますが、週末はお盆前後を中心に混み合うことがあります。
