About 10 minutes by car from Kawazu Banana Wani Garden, this free park sits along the Kawazu River. It features a natural hot spring that dramatically shoots up at intervals—it was accidentally discovered when digging for a hot spring well. The thunderous roar and steam of the geyser erupting are impressive enough to make both children and adults cry out, making it a popular photo spot. There's also a foot bath in the park, perfect for a brief rest before heading to your beach swim.

賀茂郡河津町にある今井浜海水浴場は、2026年は7月25日(土)から8月23日(日)まで開設され、遊泳時間は8時30分から16時までです。遠浅で波の穏やかな砂浜は伊豆エリアでも透明度の高さで知られ、小さな子ども連れでも波打ち際で安心して水遊びができます。砂浜には海の家が2軒あり、食事や休憩に利用できるほか、有料のシャワーも完備。遊泳自体は無料で楽しめるので、家族の予算にもやさしい海水浴場です。波打ち際での水遊びから砂のお城づくりまで、河津の夏を思いきり満喫しましょう。

Tips

駐車場は約300台分あり、利用料はおおむね1,000円から2,000円です。海の家の飲食やシャワーは別途料金がかかるので、小銭を用意しておくとスムーズ。夏の砂浜は熱くなるのでビーチサンダルが必携です。遊泳時間は16時までなので、着替えの時間も見込んで15分前には切り上げるのがおすすめです。トイレは2ヶ所に設置されています。
