An open-air hot spring located on rocky outcrops overlooking the rough waves of the Pacific Ocean, known as the origin of Shirahama hot springs. The open, expansive views merging with the sea are uniquely Shirahama. After lunch, stopping by to view the exterior and seaside landscape while building anticipation for Shirahama Beach ahead is the perfect rest stop. The coastal road nearby features a pleasant sea breeze and is suitable for strolling.
Tips
About 5 minutes by car from Sandanb. Finishing lunch at nearby restaurants before stopping here keeps the day's flow smooth. The road along the sea has strong sunlight, so bring a hat and stay hydrated.
