About this spot

This park is set up to jut out into the sea at one corner of Kisarazu Port (木更津港). It has an observation tower designed to resemble a lighthouse, where you can relax while watching boats crossing Tokyo Bay (東京湾) and planes taking off and landing at Haneda Airport (羽田空港). The walking paths are well maintained, making it easy to walk even with small children. It's a distinctly Kisarazu seaside moment that lets you feel close to the sea where tonight's fireworks will launch.

Tips

About a 5-minute drive from Otayama Park (太田山公園). There's little shade during hours of strong sunlight, so bring a hat or other sun protection. Use the nearby coin parking lot for parking.

Best time to visit

About 45 minutes. The afternoon hours, when the sea breeze feels pleasant, are recommended
