Gaze upon unusual rock formations floating in the sea, affectionately known as 'Battleship Island'

About this spot

An unusual rock formation about 28 meters high floating off the coast of Suzu City. Because its appearance resembles a battleship, it's affectionately called 'Battleship Island' and is known as one of the representative scenic spots of the Noto Peninsula. From the wave-washed shore, you can view the impressive figure of the island up close, and the contrast between the blue sea and white rocks is a perfect photo spot. It's also ideal for family commemorative photos and a must-visit spot for Suzu tourism. Before tonight's fireworks display, first experience the grandeur of Suzu's sea.
