You can watch the traditional process of drawing up seawater, spreading it over sand, and drying it in the sun to make salt, and the shop carries processed goods and souvenirs made with local salt. Drinks and light snacks are also available, making it a perfect stop for a break before the fireworks display. It's a spot worth visiting as a family to feel the wisdom of Noto's sea and daily life.
