Free from tourist bustle, the peaceful streets where local life continues are ideal for family walks.

2026年7月22日(水)、素盞嗚神社周辺を会場に開催される黒木町の夏の風物詩です。約990発の花火が山あいの夜空を彩り、周囲の山々に音が反響する迫力ある景観が楽しめます。地域の氏神様である素盞嗚神社と、隣接する天然記念物の大藤の木を見守るように打ち上がる花火は、この土地ならではの趣。都会の花火大会とは違う、静かな山里に響く花火をじっくり楽しめる90分間です。
Tips
荒天時は中止・延期の場合があるため、当日の開催可否は八女市や地元の発表で確認を。会場周辺は夜になると足元が暗くなるため、懐中電灯があると安心です。終了後は周辺道路が混雑するため、時間差での帰宅がおすすめです。

Within walking distance of the great Kuroki Wisteria. Summer sun is intense, so take breaks and stay hydrated frequently. Some of the townscape includes residences, so please view quietly.
