A roadside station known for its local manbou fish cuisine, located near National Route 42 and close to Nagashima Port. Unique seafood specialties such as manbou sashimi and tatsuta-age (fried manbou) that are rarely found elsewhere are popular menu items. The merchandise corner also displays dried fish caught in Kumano Bay and local specialty products, perfect for finding travel souvenirs. 2026年7月25日(土)開催、紀北町長島の夏を締めくくるきほく燈籠祭のクライマックスです。19時30分から20時30分まで、約3,000発の花火が熊野灘に面した長島港の夜空を彩ります。三方を山に囲まれたリアス海岸の港ならではの、音が反響する迫力ある花火が魅力です。熊野古道の散策から始まった1日の締めくくりにふさわしい、港町の夏の夜です。

Tips

荒天時は中止・順延の可能性があるため、当日の開催可否は紀北町の公式発表で確認を。終了後は港周辺の道路が混雑するため、少し余韻を楽しんでから帰路につくのがおすすめです。
