From 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM, approximately 3,000 fireworks paint the night sky above Nagashima Port facing Kumano Bay. The unique charm of a Rias coast harbor surrounded on three sides by mountains is the echo and impressive power of the fireworks. A perfect ending to a day that began with a walk on the Kumano Kodo, embodying a summer evening in a port town.
