Gaze at the spectacular twin waterfalls flowing down the cliff
About this spot
A scenic spot famous for Sounkyo Gorge, where the "Ginga Falls" and "Ryusei Falls" can be viewed side by side as they flow down steep cliffs. The delicately graceful Ginga Falls and the powerful, majestic Ryusei Falls create a striking contrast, earning them the nicknames "Male Falls" and "Female Falls." From the observation deck, you can get a close-up view, and the cool air from the mist provides perfect refreshment for summer hiking.
