About this spot

A roadside station on a hilltop overlooking the Boso countryside, in the southern part of Futtsu City. Inside are restaurants serving local seafood and shops selling Boso vegetables and processed marine products, making it a convenient spot for both lunch and souvenir shopping. The Boso mountain ranges spread out from the observation terrace, making it a rest stop worth the small detour. It's also good timing for a meal before the fireworks display.

Tips

About a 20-minute drive from Futtsu Park. The parking lot can get crowded on weekends, so arriving early is reassuring. Shops around the fireworks venue get crowded at night, so it's recommended to finish your souvenir shopping now.

Best time to visit

About 1 hour 15 minutes. Lunchtime gets crowded, so an earlier visit is recommended.
