An ancient temple nestled near the summit of Mount Nooage, the symbol of Wakuya Town. The grounds surrounded by deep green are filled with tranquility, and cool mountain breezes blow pleasantly through the valley. There are also scenic viewpoints where you can overlook Wakuya's rural landscape from the heights. Spending time away from the hustle and bustle in nature provides a good respite before the evening fireworks.
Tips
Car travel from Wakuya town center is most convenient. Mountain trails have slopes and stairs, so wear comfortable walking shoes. Insect repellent spray is recommended for summer.
Best time to visit
About 1.5 hours. The afternoon with lush green foliage is cool and easy to walk.
