Head to the area around the Hojo Port outer harbor loading area (北条港外港荷揚場), where the fireworks will be launched, and have dinner while waiting for the show to start. On the day of the Kazahaya Sea Festival, crowds begin to gather from the evening, and the lights of the food stalls and festival excitement spread across the port. Rest your body after swimming as you get ready for the evening fireworks.

The area around the port gets crowded from the evening onward on the day of the festival. Get your food and drinks early. Secure your viewing spot ahead of time as well.
