This beach in the Hojo area looks out over Kashima (鹿島), and is known for the calm waves typical of the Seto Inland Sea. The waters are relatively gentle, so it can be enjoyed safely even with young children. It's just the right distance to stop by after exploring Kashima, making it a perfect spot to enjoy swimming while resting up ahead of the evening fireworks.

Tips
