中越地方の夏を彩る、川口まつり大花火大会です。魚野川と信濃川が合流する開けた河川敷を会場に、約3,000発の花火が夜空に打ち上がります。周囲を山に囲まれた地形のため、花火の音が響き渡る迫力も魅力です。昼間に訪れた河川敷の景色が、夜には花火とともにまったく違う表情を見せてくれます。
